The Brass Goggles are a type of armor added with the SteamCraft mod. They use the Head slot and give 1.5 armor points. The Brass Goggles add to the steampunk feel of the mod and place a pair of goggles on the player's model. They have a visual effect in first person, just like the Pumpkin, but brighten the visible areas of the screen slightly, allowing the player to see more in dark areas.
